Leo Hirata

Born in 1993, he earned a master’s degree in linguistics from Heidelberg University in Germany. Through multiple job experiences in both Japan and Germany, I gained great experience in marketing. After an working at SAP’s global headquarters, I joined the local subsidiary of BASF in Germany as a new graduate. Upon returning to Japan, I worked in consulting at a multinational IT company while also engaging in social media and web production and consulting in the fields of automotive, finance and different kinds of industries.

Having backpacked through more than 40 countries, I witnessed firsthand the strong global interest in Japanese culture. Driven by a desire to share Japan’s market, unique appeal, and values with the world, I co-founded JDOC Co., Ltd.

Takumi Noguchi

I was selected as Japan’s representative for a Ministry of Foreign Affairs-sponsored scientific and technological delegation on AI and robotics to Brazil. After that, I continued to travel and stay in around 30 countries.

During my student years, I was involved in launching a new web service at a startup, handling infrastructure, server-side development, SEO optimization, and content marketing. As a result, the service grew to over 20,000 members. Additionally, I gained experience in multiple web development projects, iOS/Android app development, and web consulting.

Through these experiences, I developed a strong desire to share Japan’s unique culture and technological expertise with the world, which led me to co-found JDOC Co., Ltd.
